This policy explains how NuScale Inc., doing business as NuStudio.ai, handles personal information in connection with this website. It does not govern our products or our client work, which are covered below.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use anything you send us through this site to train models.
We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our email, and where the law requires it. Those providers are bound to use it solely to provide their service to us.
We operate from offices in Texas, Virginia, Illinois and Hyderabad, India. Information you send us may be handled by colleagues in any of those locations under the same obligations.
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to address your request and for reasonable business and legal record keeping, then delete or anonymize it. We keep application materials for the role you applied to and, unless you ask otherwise, for future openings that may suit you.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared, or ask us to stop keeping your application on file, by emailing info@nustudio.ai.

Our products use AI. Agent output is generated by language models. Every action is checked against policy compiled from the client’s own written obligations, before the model receives data and again before anything is written back to a system of record. Where the risk requires it, a named person approves before the action proceeds, and that approval is recorded.
Every action carries the inputs it used, the rule that permitted it, the model that proposed it and the person who approved it. Lineage is emitted into the client’s own tooling as OpenLineage events, so the record belongs to the client rather than to us.
Clients bring their own models, whether a frontier model or one trained on their data, routed from a catalog they approve. We do not require a particular provider and we do not train models on client data without a written agreement to do so.

Text, images and diagrams on this site were produced by our team using a range of AI tools. We use them the same way we expect our clients to use the systems we build: as capable assistants whose output still belongs to the people who publish it.
AI tools are good and they are not infallible. Material on this site may be inaccurate, incomplete, simplified or out of date. Figures, entity examples, system names and integration details describe typical cases rather than any particular deployment, and product capabilities change faster than web copy does.
Read this site the way you would read any vendor’s. If something here would influence a decision, a budget or an architecture, confirm it with us directly rather than relying on the page. We would rather answer the question than have you act on a sentence that has drifted out of date.
We fix errors as we find them and as they are reported. If something here is wrong, unclear or stale, send it to info@nustudio.ai and we will correct it.
This notice covers the website. AI inside our products works to a different standard: every action is checked against compiled policy before and after it runs, a named person approves where the risk requires it, and the full decision trail is recorded. That is described under Responsible AI above.
